Shelter: Invisible Campaign

Shelter: Invisible Campaign

The public barcode concept was influenced by gorilla marketing techniques used by big-name brands. These cardboard cutouts would be located around towns and cities in unexpected areas, many of which may be prime spots for rough sleepers. This idea is a low-cost, yet effective strategy that promotes the invisible campaign, reinforcing the ideology that homeless people are seen as invisible in today’s society. Each cardboard installation provides instructions on how to donate through the shelter app, as well as displaying the shelter logo, which the public can recognise and identify with.
